Αυτό το κείμενο εξηγεί πώς η εταιρεία μας εφαρμόζει τους κανόνες αποφάσεων και τις δηλώσεις συμμόρφωσης σύμφωνα με το ISO 17025:2017.
Οι κανόνες απόφασης περιγράφουν πώς θα λαμβάνεται υπόψη η αβεβαιότητα μέτρησης σε ένα αποτέλεσμα, όταν δηλώνεται η συμμόρφωση με μια συγκεκριμένη απαίτηση. Π.χ. σε σύγκριση ενός αποτελέσματος με μια δεδομένη αβεβαιότητα έναντι μιας νομικής απαίτησης ή οριακής τιμής, η οποία οδηγεί σε δήλωση συμμόρφωσης ή όχι.
Εάν νομικό, ρυθμιστικό ή εφαρμοστέο πρότυπο καθορίζει έναν συγκεκριμένο κανόνα απόφασης, ακολουθείται απαρέγκλιτα και η συμμόρφωση αξιολογείται αναλόγως .
Σε όλες τις άλλες περιπτώσεις, όπου δεν προβλέπεται κανόνας απόφασης, για δήλωση συμμόρφωσης χρησιμοποιείται ο παρακάτω κανόνας απόφασης
Για να κριθεί συμμορφούμενο το αποτέλεσμα θα πρέπει να ισχύει:

όπου x = μετρούμενο αποτέλεσμα (αποτέλεσμα ανάλυσης)
L = δηλούμενη τιμή (νομοθετική προδιαγραφή ή πρότυπο)
u= τυπική αβεβαιότητα του εργαστηρίου σε επίπεδο εμπιστοσύνης 95%
