The Chamber of Commerce of Rethymno awarded our laboratories with the first prize in the category of Research Integration and Innovation in business activity.

With all formality, the awards ceremony of the Chamber of Commerce of Rethymno took place on the evening of Saturday, March 9, 2024. The event was part of an official dinner hosted by the Chamber of Commerce of Rethymno to mark the conclusion of the extended session of the Administrative Committee of the Central Union of Chambers of Commerce, held earlier that day in our city.

The event included eleven awards for local businesses and three awards for significant personalities of Rethymno. Preceding the awards ceremony was the twinning ceremony between the Chamber of Commerce of Rethymno and the Chamber of Commerce of Boeotia.

The ceremony was attended by the Minister of Development Mr. Konstantinos Skrekas, the Deputy Minister of Development Mr. Maximus Senetakis, the Deputy Minister of National Defense Mr. Yiannis Kefalogiannis, the Secretary General for the Aegean and Island Policy Mr. Emmanouil Koutoulakis, the Regional Governor of Crete Mr. Stavros Arnaoutakis, the Mayor of Rethymno Mr. Georgios Marinakis, the Mayor of Amari Mr. Pantelis Mourtzanos, the Deputy Regional Governor for Entrepreneurship of Crete Mr. Michalis Vamvoukas, the Deputy Regional Governor for Tourism of Crete Mr. Kyriakos Kotsoglou, the President of the Central Union of Chambers of Commerce of Greece Mr. Ioannis Masoutis, the President of the General Confederation of Professionals, Craftsmen and Merchants of Greece Mr. Georgios Kavathas, the President of the General Confederation of Commerce and Entrepreneurship Mr. Georgios Karanikas, along with invited representatives from chambers of commerce and organizations from across the country, Municipal and Regional Councilors, and representatives of associations and clubs of Rethymno.
