Chemicotechniki Laboratories conduct tests on milk instead of ELGO-DIMITRA, having been accredited by ESYD, as well as approved by the Ministry of Rural Development and Food for conducting self-checks on milk and dairy products (Approval Number: 287760/06-06-2006). They are also recognized Laboratories by the International Dairy Federation (IDF).

Microbiological quality control of the received milk and cheese products according to accredited methods.
Complete physicochemical examination of milk, including its composition in fats, solids, lactose, proteins, freezing point control, with antibiotic detection and adulteration definition.
Complete physicochemical examination of the companies’ final products to determine nutritional labeling and draft the appropriate label, according to the Food and Drink Code.
